Family Tacos (Vegetarian)

What you'll need: tomatoes, lettuce, refried beans and/or veggie crumble, taco seasoning, cheese (I like cheddar), taco shells(I use blue or yellow), sour cream, and last but not least salsa!

Here's what you do: Place the taco shells on a cookie sheet. Preheat the oven to 350 and follow directions on the box. Grate the cheese, wash and chop the tomatoes and lettuce and put them into separate bowls. Cook the beans in a pot, and saute the veggie crumble and the taco seasoning. Now fill your taco shells with some and/or all of the food you just prepared. Top with salsa and sour cream,(optional).
